2lbs of ground Chuck. 85/15
2 cans of Bush’s Kidney Chili Beans
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp Oakridge BBQ Habanero Death Dust
1 tbsp JB’s Spice Blends Red Dirt Road seasoning
2 Williams Chili seasoning packages
2 fresh diced green peppers
1 white diced onion
2 Tbsp minced garlic
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Brown and mix all ingredients in skillet drain fat.
Low and slow at 250 in cast iron skillet on Pit Boss pellet grill or equivalent for two hours.
Warning. This does have some delicious heat.
