1 lb fresh Atlantic Sweet Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup corn starch
½ cup Dukes Touch of Lime Mayo
¼ c Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
½ Tsp Sriracha Sauce
Canola Oil (for frying)
Chives for garnish
Step 1
Lightly smoke shrimp seasoned with Three Little Pigs Kansas City Sweet Rub
Step 2
In Small bowl, whisk together mayo, chili sauce and sriracha.
Step 3
Remove shrimp, soak in buttermilk and toss in corn starch
Step 4
Deep fry shrimp, turning to cook evenly 3-5 minutes.
Step 5
Remove shrimp from fryer, drain and coat shrimp with sauce mixture and garnish with chives. ENJOY!!!!
