Ingredients:
16 oz Cream Cheese (two 8 oz blocks)
(3) 6 oz Chicken breasts cooked and shredded
1 can Rotel Chili ready tomatoes
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained and rinsed
4 cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
6 large diced jalapenos
1 packet of dry ranch dip mix
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp Cayenne pepper
12 oz water
3 T JB’s Fiesta Grande Taco/Fajita seasoning
Combine all ingredients and allow to simmer for 4-6 hours. ENJOY!
