Richard (Rick) Grace brings forty-seven years’ experience in the food hospitality industry. His experience has included working as certified executive chef for a Fortune 500 company. Later, he developed his own seasoning blends, which were aimed at the outdoor barbecue and grilling. Grace is also a past certified KCBS barbecue judge. While Chef Richard’s background is in fine dining and hotels, he wanted to get back to his roots and create a cookbook that comforts the senses with creativity and flavor.
Richard feels all food should be humble at its roots, bringing back memories of family gatherings and providing comfort to your soul.
